Artist biography
At age 17 the innate curiosity, desire and will for truth, started bursting out of my mind, heart and gut, in the form of writing. That became a way of seeing through the hypnotic spell of delusions humanity lives seemingly under, resulting in a whole lot of suffering. By the age of 20, painting became incorporated into my creative practice and research, which developed from there on into what you can now see in front of you and still keeps evolving.
"As an independent artist, I deeply engage with the layers of consciousness and perception in order to provide insights into the complex functioning of reality through my work. My art is intended to inspire viewers to pause,feel, reflect, and enter into a deeper dialogue with themselves and their surroundings."
The philosophic structure behind my art
MASDADA (aka Massimiliano Gülden) is a German - Italian painter from Cologne, Germany.
As a self-taught multimedia artist MASDADA's multidisciplinary work contributes and aids in the evolution of the human species, life, consciousness itself; by installing and evoking in the viewer a feeling of peaceful and courageous contentment.
To achieve this visceral reaction he uses a paradoxically fierce, animating and vibrant palette of colors, with harmonies of forms and shapes.
MASDADA's paintings explore and radiate transformative power through their act of creation.
Drawing inspiration from his direct experience of life, the paintings radiate with an ethereal, assertive and mesmerizing aura all at once, transmitting the art of creation.
